We deliver health care services while upholding cultural respect so all Kiritaki have the best possible outcome.
We have a loyal team of Kaimahi Tautoko/Support Workers throughout the motu providing cares to Kiritaki/clients in their own homes.
Ranging from an hour of help per week to 24/7 cares, we have the expertise ready at your doorstep. We provide cares from home management to personal cares, catered individually for each kiritaki and their individual requirements. Our team can transport and assist you with outings, ensuring you get the best out of everything!
All our staff are inducted via our Te Amo Atawhai in-house cultural training program, so rest assured your cultural dignity will be upheld in the highest respect.
We understand that communicating with your whānau is important in ensuring you receive the best cares for you and your whānau. Your Kairuruku Rauemi/Resource Coordinator will match you with a Kaimahi Tautoko who they believe is best suited to you, however nobody knows you like yourself! If you need adjustments to your cares, please get in touch with your coordinator so we can ensure full satisfaction and comfort. All of our staff are routinely police checked. If you are not comfortable with someone you don’t know coming into your whare, we may be able to employ a relative, friend, neighbour, or someone you know, as a Whānau Choice Kaimahi Tautoko (as long as the care exceeds 'natural support' determined by ACC.
If you’re receiving cares funded by ACC, we provide cares at no cost to you.
